Esphero LLC dba Vigilantics Joins Maryland’s SNAP E&T Network to Expand Workforce Opportunities

Esphero LLC dba Vigilantics has been approved by the Maryland Department of Human Services as a SNAP Employment & Training (SNAP E&T) Third-Party Partner for Federal Fiscal Years 2026–2028.

This partnership allows Vigilantics to support SNAP participants across Maryland with job-focused training, credentials, and career support that help move people from benefits to sustainable employment.

Who We Serve

Vigilantics will work with SNAP participants who often face the highest barriers to work, including:

Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWDs)
Justice-involved individuals returning to the workforce
English-language learners building skills and confidence

What We Provide

Through the SNAP E&T program, Vigilantics will offer:

Short-term, job-aligned training in areas such as food service, traffic control/flagging, and career readiness
Industry-recognized credentials that employers value
Supportive services like transportation assistance, training materials, and exam fees so cost isn’t a barrier
One-on-one case management to help participants complete training, connect with employers, and stay employed

Working with Employers and Community Partners

Vigilantics collaborates with employers and community organizations to align training with real hiring needs and create direct pathways into jobs. By pairing credentials with coaching and follow-up, we aim to help participants not only land a job, but keep it and grow.
