Vigilantics Expands Into County-Level Community Development Consulting

Big news: Vigilantics is officially expanding its public-sector footprint into county government community development consulting — building on the program delivery work we've already established with the State of Maryland.

Here's why this matters: workforce development and community development have never been separate conversations to me. When a county is thinking about how to grow economically, support its residents, or strengthen public programs, workforce readiness has to be part of that strategy. That's exactly the gap Vigilantics is built to fill.

This expansion is proof of something I talk about often: as a certified MBE/VSBE/DBE, SDVOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone firm, our credential stack isn't a checkbox — it's a door-opener. It's how a small business gets into rooms that wouldn't otherwise be available.
